Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Mt. StoreMax LLC, doing business as LodgixOps (“we,” “us,” “LodgixOps”). By creating an account or using LodgixOps — whether through our website, mobile app, or any other interface — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

LodgixOps is a hotel-operations and receipt-capture service that lets authorized employees of a hospitality business record daily activity, submit invoices and receipts, generate reports, and manage related administrative tasks.

The service is intended for use by businesses and their authorized employees. It is not a consumer product.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mtstoremax.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized by your employer (or your own business) to use LodgixOps on its behalf.

You agree not to:

• Use LodgixOps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or any other user's data;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service's normal operation;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the data you submit (receipts, vendor names, amounts, notes, and other operational information). By using LodgixOps you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your data solely to operate the service for you and your company.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We work to keep LodgixOps available and reliable, but we do notguarantee any specific uptime in this version of the service. We may suspend or interrupt the service for maintenance, updates, or to address security or operational issues. We'll try to give reasonable notice for planned downtime, but emergency interruptions may happen without notice.

You can stop using LodgixOps at any time. To delete your account, see /account/delete for instructions.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms, if your continued use puts the service or other users at risk, or if we are legally required to do so. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice before termination.

LodgixOps is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LodgixOps and Mt. StoreMax LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). For users on a free tier this cap is US $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mt. StoreMax LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes we'll also notify active users in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
