Delete your account
Request removal of your LodgixOps account and personal data.
How to request deletion
- Click the button below. Your email client will open with a pre-filled message to support@mtstoremax.com.
- Send the message from the email address on your LodgixOps account (this is how we verify the request).
- We'll review the request and remove your personal account data within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation reply when it's done.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we remove your personal account information: your email, your hashed password, your display name, and your role/permission assignments. You will no longer be able to sign in.
What stays
Receipts and operational records that you submitted while working for a company on LodgixOps belong to that company, not to you personally. They are retained for at least seven (7) years to satisfy U.S. business-record rules (IRS), and remain accessible to other authorized users at that company. We anonymize them where reasonable (your name is removed from author / submitter fields) but the underlying records stay.
If you believe a specific record should also be removed (for example, it contains your personal information that shouldn't be in a company record), mention it in your deletion request and we'll review it case-by-case.
